I tried this for the first time and absolutely loved ! & feels good on skin and could feel improvement ! && smells pretty give 5 stars !

difficult application and terrible sensation

i bought this because i was intrigued by the price point and the “clean”aspect of the product, as well as the balm applicator. However, i’ve been using it for quite a while now and it is absolutely terrible. this balm is very difficult to apply, as it tugs and pulls at your skin. even if you try to warm it up beforehand to make it easier to apply, it’s still pulls at your skin, surely causing some long term damage. Additionally, it REALLY burns. i thought i just was having a sensitive reaction to this, but several reviews mention the same concern. immediately after applying, your skin under your eyes will get super red and burn and get puffy. there’s no way this product is good for anyone

I was so excited to try this!!! I love all of Cleens skincare! As soon as I put this under my eye it started burning I immediately had to wash!!!! That sucks!!! I’m not sure if it’s the cooling ingredient or maybe sensitive under eye? I’m a boy but that shouldn’t affect anything??

Dramatic improvement! I tried my daughter’s and after the second application, I was sold.

It even slightly reduced the swelling of a mostly healed black eye of a family member. I was impressed by that!
